CH15 15.23 - Compliance with Regulations and Procedures

The design, installation, and maintenance of the required drainage facilities and erosion and sediment control measures shall be in accordance this chapter and the recommendations and reports prepared by the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District.
The approval of plans and specification for the control of erosion and sedimentation shall be concurrent with the approval of the development and become a part thereof.
Permission for clearing and grading prior to the approval of the Development Plan may be obtained, under temporary approvals or other conditions satisfactory to the Town Engineer and/or the Development Coordinator or his designee and the Planning Commission.
