The Planning Commission met May 14^th at 6pm with the following members present Gary Shuck, Teresa Retherford, Dan Paddock, Trefin Luker, Angie Callaway, Jeff Keith and Micah Buffington, Town Attorney.

The meeting was held electronically and called to order at 6pm. 

Motion to approve the minutes from the April 20, 2020 meeting made by Luker, 2^nd by Retherford and all were in favor.

Discussion was held on the BZA meeting for the Cole/Roberts property split not enough information has been provided at this time to schedule a meeting.

Retherford to contact Shelby Materials regarding their buffer.

Council President Chad Blake needs to appoint a new member to the BZA in addition to Gary Shuck if anyone had a candidate please contact Chad Blake.

Discussion was held on Sam Ellingwood’s request to split property on 700, Variance forms will need to be filed and then BZA will need to hold a meeting regarding split.

Being no further business to discuss motion to adjourn made by Luker, 2^nd by Retherford and all were in favor.
