CH19 19 .7 - Paul Fort Jr. Combining Lots 53 and 54 of Cascadden's 1st Addition

 

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Lapel, Madison County, Indiana:

That Paul Fort, Jr. and Patsy A. Fort, are requesting the combining of Lots Numbered 53 and 54 in E.V. Cascadden's First Addition to the Town of Lapel, Indiana as recorded in the Madison County Plat Book 6, Page 4 in the Office of the Recorder of Madison County.

Further that Paul Fort, Jr. and Patsy A. Fort, has effectuated the replat of the above referenced lot number with the new legal description being:

Beginning at an existing iron pipe marking the Southeast corner of Lot 54 in E.V. Cascadden's First Addition to the Town of Lapel, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 4 in the Office of the Recorder of Madison County, Indiana, thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 14 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the South line of said Lots a distance of 100.00 feet to a point marking the Southwest corner of Lot 53 in said Addition; thence North 00 degree 00 minute 00 second along the West line of said Lot 53 a distance of 118.81 feet to a point marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 53; thence North 75 degrees 40 minutes 12 seconds East along the North line of said Lots 53 and 54; thence South 00 degree 00 minute 00 second along the East line of said Lot 54 feet a distance of 144.19 feet to the point of beginning.
