Item 1. Meeting Calendar for the Rest of 2026

Staff would like to confirm that the meeting dates listed on the calendar will still work.

Item 2. First Reading for Rules and Procedures Amendment

Staff has prepared an amendment to the Rules and Procedures to swap the order of the petitioner and staff presentations.

Item 3. Adoption of Revised BZA Application Form [Information]

Staff has prepared a revised application form to allow applicants to apply for a variance of use. 

Item 4. BZA Orientation

Staff will provide a refresher for returning members and orientation for new members on the BZA powers, duties, and rules.
