Item 1. Second Reading – Amendments to Plan Commission Rules and Procedures
Staff has prepared two changes to the Plan Commission Rules and Procedures for Plan Commission’s consideration, which were read at the previous meeting. Commission will vote to adopt changes.
Item 2. Public Hearing – Re-Adoption of UDO
Plan Commission to consider recommendation for re-adoption of the Lapel UDO with amendments from last month’s workshop. Exhibit A | Exhibit B

Item 3. Planning Administrator Report
Staff prepared a report to inform the Plan Commission about ongoing planning matters.
