Item 1. Public Hearing – Housing Standards

Per HEA 1001, the Plan Commission will hear a staff report and public comments on various development ordinances related to the construction of housing in Lapel. Hearing will be broken down into sections/topic areas with Plan Commission to vote on next steps for each section/topic area.

Item 2.  Planning Administrator Report

Staff prepared a report to inform the Plan Commission about ongoing planning matters.  Item 3.  Code Enforcement Cases Updates (if any)
