Item 1. Address Assignment: Duke Energy on SR 13
Duke Energy has purchased some property on SR 13 south of Mud Creek that needs an address assigned to it. Plan Commission to vote on the assigned address.
PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION
Item 2. 2026 Calendar of Meeting and Filing Dates
Staff prepared a draft calendar for next year’s meeting and filing dates for Plan Commission’s approval.
Item 3. Code Enforcement Cases Updates (if any)
Item 4. Planning Administrator Report
Staff prepared a report to inform the Planning Commission about the ongoing planning matters.
