LAPEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING
NOVEMBER 20, 2023
In attendance: Tim Munro, Jeff Keith, Cam Paddock, Herschel Hinkle, Teresa Retherford, Secretary and Oksana Polhuy, Planning Administrator.
Minutes: October 9, 2023
Motion to approve the October 9, 2023 minutes made by Paddock, 2nd by Keith and all were in favor.
New Business: Meeting Dates
Motion to meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6:00pm starting in January of 2024 at the Lapel Eagles made by Keith, 2nd by Hinkle and all were in favor.
Rules and Procedures were discussed amongst the board.
Motion to accept the Rules and Procedures as presented made by Keith, 2nd by Paddock and all were in favor.
Motion to nominate Teresa Retherford as the secretary made by Munro, 2nd by Hinkle and all were in favor. Motion to adjourn made by Keith, 2nd by Paddock and all were in favor.
