LAPEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING
JUNE 6, 2024
In attendance: Tim Munro, Herschel Hinkle, Amy Egly, Cam Paddock and Teresa Retherford, Secretary.
Election of Officers: Due to this being the first meeting of the year.
Motion to nominate Tim Munro as President made by Paddock, 2 nd by Hinkle. With no other nominations, vote took place and all were in favor.
Motion to nominate Cam Paddock as Vice President was made by Hinkle, 2 nd by Munro. With no other nominations, vote took place and all were in favor. Motion to nominate Teresa Retherford as Secretary made by Paddock, 2nd by Hinkle. With no other nominations, vote took place and all were in favor.
New Business: BZA-2024-01 Staff Report #1
Munro opened the Public Hearing. There was no comment from the Public.
Munro closed the Public Hearing.
Motion to approve the petition with the specific conditions as presented in the staff report to the board made by Paddock, 2 nd by Hinkle and all were in favor.
Motion to approve the petition with specific conditions per the staff report with the added statement of a maximum of two wells made by Paddock, 2 nd by Hinkle and all were in favor.
Motion to adjourn made by Hinkle, 2nd by Paddock and all were in favor.
