Item 1. Public Hearing: Changes to Lapel Floodplain Regulations

At the request of IDNR, staff has prepared edits to current floodplain regulations in the Lapel UDO. Before these changes can be adopted as law, they must be heard at a public hearing before the Plan Commission and receive the Plan Commission’s certified recommendation to Town Council.

PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION 

Item 2. Presentation: Parking Standards in C2 Zoning District

Staff initiated a survey of parking standards in the C2 Downtown Commercial district after an inquiry about a variance from the new owners of the former Town Hall. This presentation discusses Staff’s findings and offers suggestions for changes to the parking standards for the C2 district.

Item 3.  Code Enforcement Cases Updates (if any)

Item 4.  Planning Administrator Report

Staff prepared a report to inform the Planning Commission about the ongoing planning matters.
