NEW BUSINESS

Item 1. Public Hearing: PUD-2025-02

Arbor Homes has submitted a revised application for re-zoning of the property south of SR 32 and west of CR S 900 W from C1 General Commercial to Residential PUD. The application also proposes new ordinance to govern development in the PUD District, known as Englewood. Concept plans propose 72 detached, single-family homes, a central retention pond, and a playground and gazebo by the pond.

• Staff prepared a report to inform the Planning Commission about the ongoing planning matters.
