OLD BUSINESS
Item 1. Public Hearing – Housing Standards [Staff Report] [Parking]
Per HEA 1001, the Plan Commission will hear a staff report and public comments on various development ordinances related to the construction of housing in Lapel. Hearing will be broken down into sections/topic areas with Plan Commission to vote on next steps for each section/topic area.
NEW BUSINESS
Item 2. Request for Extension of Preliminary Plat Approval PLAT-2024-03
Roscoe Dorsey of CRPP has requested an extension of the approval granted to PLAT-2024-03 for the Lapel Industrial Park per Lapel UDO V12.1.4.D.vii. This is NOT a public hearing matter but does require a vote by the commission.

Staff prepared a report to inform the Plan Commission about ongoing planning matters.
