Item 1. Adopt application for Vacating Public Way

Staff has prepared a form packet for petitioners seeking the vacation of a public way (street, alley, path).

Item 2. Recommend Council Update Fee Schedule

Staff recommends that the Town charge a fee for seeking a ROW permit.

Staff prepared a report to inform the Planning Commission about the ongoing planning matters.
