LAPEL TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 7, 2023

In attendance in person: Noah Bozell, Chad Blake, Lindsay Washmuth, Brian Robertson, Gary Shuck, Teresa Retherford and Paula Lee.

In attendance virtual: Dax Norton and Evan McMullen, Town Attorney.

6:07pm meeting called to order.

Motion to approve the Fall Creek Plumbing invoice in the amount of $17,650.00 for sewer repairs at Town Hall made by Shuck, 2^nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.

Motion to approve the M.S. Consultants Service Agreement made by Shuck, 2^nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.

Motion to approve Lee/Buffington Wedding Event Permit and street closure made by Shuck, 2^nd by Blake and all were in favor.

Discussion was held on the 2024 Budget Spending Plan

Motion to submit the budget numbers as discussed to Gateway for review by the DLGF made by Blake, 2^nd by Bozell and all were in favor.

Being no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned.
