In attendance: Brian Robertson, Gary Shuck, Lindsay Washmuth, Chad Blake, Roger Fouse and Secretary, Teresa Retherford.
Motion to accept the contract and hire Jenny Reske for Town Manager made by Shuck, 2nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.
Motion to adjourn made by Robertson, 2nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.
