Liability Insurance:

Motion to accept Myers Insurance quote with the additional coverage of data and ransomware not to exceed $5000 made by Blake, 2^nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.

E&B quote for John Street:

Motion to approve the quote to repair John Street made by Shuck, 2^nd by Blake and all were in favor.

Motion to adjourn made by Blake, 2^nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.
