LAPEL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
MAY 11, 2023 

In attendance: Matt Wood, Brian Robertson, Andrea Baldwin, Angie Calloway, Paula Lee and town attorney Evan McMullen.

Meeting was called to order at 6:30.

Motion to approve Building Applications 2727-2732 made by Baldwin, 2^nd by Robertson and all were in favor.

Motion to approve Minutes for February 9, 2023 made by Robertson, 2^nd by Calloway and all were in favor.

Oksana Polhuy introduced herself as the new Planner for the Town of Lapel. She works for MS Consultants, a consulting firm the Town Council has hired.

Old Business was discussed regarding Tuscany streetlights and mailboxes. Lee suggested to table the discussion.

Old Business was discussed regarding Montgomery Farms HOA.

Old Business was discussed regarding Shelby Materials.

Old Business was discussed regarding the Fee Schedule.

New Business was discussed about someone living in the garage on 9^th Street and 323 Central Ave.

There were no public comments.

Motion to adjourn made by Lee, 2^nd by Wood and all were in favor.
