Attending tonight’s meeting was Dan Paddock, Matt Wood, Jeff Keith, Teresa Retherford, Paula Lee, & Kourtney Krabbe. Attending the meeting virtually was Corrie Meyer with Innovative Planning, and Councilman Noah Bozell.
A motion to approve January 13 meeting minutes was made by Wood, 2nd by Lee; all voted yes.
A motion to approve building permits 2644 – 2648 was made by Retherford, 2nd by Paddock; all voted yes.

New/Old Business: Teresa Retherford announced she was stepping down as Council liaison due to recently becoming Town Council President. A new liaison will be decided on February 17th.
Three people have expressed their interest in filling the open seat on the Planning Commission; Greg Valentine, Andrea Baldwin, & Brian Robertson.
A motion to send all three names to the Lapel Town Council for decision was made by Wood, 2nd by Retherford; all voted yes.
Innovative Planning: Corrie Meyer held the first Planning Commission workshop. There will be a workshop at the end of each meeting for the next few months. These workshops are to go over the zoning codes in detail, discuss the responsibilities of the planning commission, and help answer any questions the members may have.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be on March 10, 2022. The filing deadline to be on the agenda for the March meeting is March 1, 2022 @ 12pm.
