LAPEL TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

In attendance in person: Noah Bozell, Jason Klienbub, Lindsay Washmuth, Paula Lee, Jeff Graham Town Attorney.  In attendance by phone: Dennis Molina

6pm meeting called to order, roll call taken.

Motion to authorize petition to the DLGF for an appeal to increase our maximum levy based on the increase in the Town’s assessed value over the last 3 calendar years made by Bozell, 2^nd by Washmuth and all were in favor.

Being no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned.
