LAPEL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
June 12, 2025

In attendance: Matt Wood, Brian Robertson, Amy Egly, Justin Mayes, Brandon Hutchison, Diane Presslor, Andrea Baldwin, Teresa Retherford, Secretary and Evan McMullen for Legal Counsel.

Adoption of Minutes: December 12, 2024, and January 9, 2025

Motion to adopt December 1 2, 2024, and January 9, 2025, made by Robertson, 2^nd by Egly and all were in favor.

Public Comment:

Mr. Helterbrand presented Attorney McMullen with some pictures of 22 W Pendleton Ave.

New Business: Adopt application for Vacating Public Way. Packet for petitioners seeking the vacation of a public way.

Motion to approve documentation by Robertson, 2^nd by Egly and all were in favor.

Motion to send a favorable recommendation to the Lapel Town Council for the $200 fee made by

Baldwin, 2^nd Egly and all were in favor.

Recommend Council Update Fee Schedule: Row Permit.

Discussion was held on different fees that would be part of the Row Permit. Wood recommended a subcommittee to discuss and look further into it. They will meet next Thursday, June 1 8, 2025.

Planning Administrator Report: Marcellus discussed the Flood Plain Ordinance.

Motion to adjourn made by Wood, 2nd by Robertson and all were in favor.
