Motion to approve minutes for October 9, 2026 made by Hutchison, 2^nd by Robertson and all were in favor.

Public Comment: Seth Hartzell of Bulldog Moving Company is looking for a new place for his business.

New Business: Duke Energy Address Assignment

Motion to assign the address of 5446 S SR 13 made by Hutchison, 2^nd by Robertson and all were in favor.

Plan Commission Discussion: Calendar of Meeting and Filing Dates

Motion to approve the 2026 Calendar of Meeting and Filing Dates made by Hutchison, 2^nd by Robertson and all were in favor.

Code Enforcement updates: None

Planning Administrator Report: BZA approved a variance for a shed at their last meeting. Marcellus also stated that he is working on making changes to the Ordinance on Variance of use. And on a formf applica ons for address assignments.
