Adoption of Minutes for December 11th , 2025 and January 8, 2026

Motion to approve minutes for December 11th , 2025 and January 8, 2026 made by

Hutchison, 2^nd by Wood and all were in favor.

Code Enforcement updates: None

Planning Administrator Report: Planning Administrator Marcellus Johnson advised that an administrative plat application had been filed requiring committee review and that a pending BZA application had been withdrawn. The creation of an Address Assignment Request Form and updates to the Site Development, BZA, Rezone PUD and Subdivision Application Forms were discussed.

Motion to approve the new form and form revisions made by Hutchinson, 2nd by Mayes and all were in favor.

West questioned whether public notice of the meeting had been made. Counsel advised the matter would be reviewed and any necessary actions would be addressed.

Motion to adjourn made by Wood, 2nd by Hutchison and all were in favor.
