LAPEL PLANNING COMMISSION
JANUARY 8, 2026

In attendance: Matt Wood, Brian Robertson Justin Mayes, Brandon Hutchison, Diane Presslor, Andrea Baldwin, Teresa Retherford, Secretary and William Cain, Legal Counsel

Election of Officers: Baldwin nominated Wood for President and with no other nominations a vote was taken, and all were in favor.

Robertson nominated Baldwin for Vice President and with no other nominations a vote was taken, and all were in favor.

Wood nominated Retherford for Secretary, but Retherford declined.

Hutchison nominated Jennifer Reske as secretary and with no other nominations a vote was taken, and all were in favor.

Adoption of November 13, 2025, Minutes.

Motion to accept the minutes of November 13, 2025, made by Robertson, 2nd by Hutchison and all were in favor except Baldwin who abstained.

Old Business: Anderson MPO - I69 Corridor Plan and MOU

Motion to send a favorable recommendation to the Town Council made by Mayes, 2nd by Baldwin and all were in favor.

New Business: None

Plan Commission eDiscussion: Marcellus gave a year-end report.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Hutchison, 2nd by Wood and all were in favor.
