PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025

Baldwin, Diane Presslor and Teresa Retherford, Secretary

Adoption of Minutes: There were no minutes.

Public Comment: There was no Public Comment.

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business: There was no new business.

Plan Commission Discussion:
Code Enforcement Case Updates: Storm Strike is cleaned up quite a bit. We are going to
start the process of collection of fines on several places.

Planning Administrator Report: The BZA approved the variance development standards for
State Bank and their off-street parking. An applicant to build a metal structure that
encroaches on the side yard. That will be in Octobers BZA meeting. Another applicant that
has a structure that encroaches on the side yard and that one will be on the November BZA
docket. Johnson is continuing to work on the ROW permit structure fees. Arbor will be at
the Town Council Meeting this month.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Wood, 2nd by Hutchison and all were in favor.
