In attendance: Matt Wood, Brian Robertson, Diane Presslor, Justin Mayes, Brandon Hutchison, Andrea Baldwin, Teresa Retherford, Secretary and Evan McMullen, Legal Counsel
Motion to approve minutes for April 10th, 2024, May 9th, 2024, May 16th, 2024, June 13th, 2024, July 11th, 2024, August 8th, 2024, September 12th, 2024, October 10th, 2024, and November 14th, 2024, made by Robertson, 2nd by Hutchison and all were in favor.
Public Comment: Michael Helterbrand brought up the water project. He also brought up 22 W Pendleton Ave..
Motion to have Dennis Nail put a Stop Work Order on 22 W Pendleton Ave. made by Baldwin, 2nd by Mayes and all were in favor.
Wood brought up a complaint from a resident at 9407 Crimson Circle who has a complaint about noise and who maintains the ditch behind his house.
Old Business: Englewood PUD Application for Re-Zone, Ordinance, and Preliminary Development Plan. On Friday, May 2, 2025, this Application was Withdrawn. He said they will reapply at the earliest, August 2025 meeting.
New Business: There was no new business.
Planning Commission Discussion: McMullen stated he had created a tracker for Code Enforcement. Marcellus, Planning Administrator, prepared a comparison of existing Lapel access management standards with standards in two model Ordinances provided by INDOT.
He also prepared a report to inform the Planning Commission about the ongoing planning matters. He also explained the Flood Plain Ordinance.
